Day 88

3.29.09- Since I don't have many photos of Andrew and I together I set up the tripod today and took some shots of us together. I'm not wild about the distracting background but this one was my favorite. Working with a tripod and the timer is not an easy task!

Day 87

3.28.09 - We spent the morning sledding in the same area we sledded yesterday. This time Blake was home and able to join us! Andrew is definitely getting more adventurous. Next year he'll probably be on a snowboard. :-)

Day 86

3.27.09 - Andrew finally got to go sledding!! We walked down to the hills by the school and sledded for over 2 hours. We had so much fun. Everytime Andrew would go super fast down a hill he would say "That is was AWESOME!" Then run right back up the hill.

Day 85

3.26.09 - We finally got a BIG snow storm!! We've gotten about a foot of snow so far and we are supposed to get more tonight. Andrew couldn't wait to get outside to play in it, even though it was only about 10 degrees outside and -4 with the windchill. He lasted about 10 minutes. Just long enough to get covered in snow and realize it really is cold outside when Mommy says it is.

Day 84

3.25.09 - Andrew's little friend Olivia came over to play for a few hours. These two get along so well and have so much fun with each other. Plus Amelia (Olivia's mom) and I got to talk about photography!!

Day 83

3.24.09 - Here Andrew is eating one of his favorite meals. Mac n cheese and corn. He always has to have the two together and eats it usually every other day. :-)

Day 82

3.23.09 - Andrew is so into his Transformers and loves talking back and forth between them. It's hilarious to watch him. In this picture he is yelling "I'M BIGGER THAN YOU!"

3.22.09 - Check out these cuties! I had another photo session and spent some time today editing the photos of Sophia and Max.

3.21.09 - Today was another beautiful day so we took a nice walk out to the Resevoir near our house. Andrew rode his bike on the trail and then played on the beach area and fed the geese.

Day 79

3.20.09 - I had my first photo session on Friday with my best friend Jenny and her two cute little munchins. We ran around a park area for about an hour or so and I was exhausted at the end of it. We had a fun time though. I was so relieved when I came home and found I had gotten some great shots of her and the kids.

Day 78

3.19.09 - The weather has been so nice we had to get some watermelon at the store. Nothing says summer like this tasty treat. Andrew made a mess of himself. :-)

Day 77

3.18.09 - My new Canon 50D camera camera came today! Yeah!! I'm beyond excited and am so happy with the results so far. Andrew was actually pretty happy to be my model today. He also got to take some pictures of his own. :-)

Day 76

3.17.09 - Happy St. Patty's Day! We didn't do much to celebrate the holiday. I am still trying to get rid of my ear/sinus infection and started my second round of antibiotics. Yuck! But we did hang out in the backyard yesterday afternoon and Blake shot a couple photos of Andrew and I. Hey, look! I'm in a picture. :-)

Day 75

3.16.09 - The weather has been unbelievable lately! This whole winter has been so mild. Today we met our weekly playgroup at a park and Andrew and I got there a little early to take some pictures in the park area and on a pretty cool bridge. I love this photo because it highlights his flip flops. Which he LOVES because he says they are just like Mommy's. Yes, I am an avid flip flop wearer.

Day 74

3.15.09- Last night we went to a friends house for dinner (Amelia & Joe's) and had a great time. Andrew was as happy as could be with his buddy Olivia. It's so nice they get along so well. We never have to break up any fights!

Day 73

3.14.09 - Andrew was so tired at the end of the day he could barely finish his dinner. He had his friends over for a Daddy playdate while us girls went out together. Let's just say he play hard. :-)

Day 72

3.13.09 - Trying out some new photography techniques on Andrew. I'm shooting only in manual now to get the best exposure and I'm learning lots of new ways to get him to look into the camera. This day a frog lived in my camera and he was trying really hard to find him.

Day 71

3.12.09 - Bongo & Doggie found their way home!!! I surprised Andrew when he got home from preschool. He was beyond excited and hugged them for quite some time. Andrew left them in California and has been missing them very much. Thank you Auntie for sending them!

Day 70

3.11.09 - I got my new lens today! I was so worried the UPS guy was going to come when I was taking and picking Andrew up from school because I had to be here to receive the package. Isn't it beautiful? ;-) I still can't get over how large it is compared to my other lenses. I took Andrew on a photo shoot immediately and was pretty happy with the results but I do need to work on camera shake. The lens is 2 pounds and can be pretty hard to keep the camera still especially when you shooting little ones.

Day 69

3.10.09 - Today we took a trip to Home Depot and picked up our new bathroom cabinet to finish the bathroom down in the basement. It's so nice to have a working bathroom down there again! Slowly but surely we'll finish up the basement...

Day 68

3.9.09 - More bubbles! We finally got more bubble juice and Andrew has been blowing bubbles non-stop.

Day 67

3.8.09 - We had another birthday party to go to today. It was Andrew's little friend Lily's 4th birthday. It's was held at a Gym and they got to run, jump and play. Andrew had a blast!

Day 66

3.7.09 - Today was Joey's 2nd Birthday party! Andrew had a blast playing with his big sister Olivia. They are like two peas in a pod and get along so well. They just feed off of each others energy.

It's hard to believe Joey is 2! My friend, Amelia and I met when he was just a couple months old. Time goes by so fast.

Isn't he just a dollface? His eyes are beautiful.

Day 65

3.6.09 - All kids love bubbles and Andrew is no exception. Today we played in the backyard with the bubble machine. We ran out of the liquid and Andrew kept saying we need go to the red store (Target) to get some bubble juice. :-)

Day 64

3.5.09 - The sickies have decided to camp out in our house again. I swear someone has been sick for the past two months straight. Andrew had a sinus infection and now I have one plus an ear infection. OUCH!! I'll be so glad when we are all well.

Day 63

3.4.09 - It feels like spring! The weather has been beautiful and in the 70's all week. We are definitely getting spoiled to the nice weather. I decided to get Andrew some rain/garden boots and an umbrella in honor of our spring fever and of course had to take some pictures of him.

Day 62

3.3.09 -When Blake is home all Andrew wants to do is fight and wrestle. I took this picture of them yesterday rolling around in the living room. When Blake is home all I hear out of Andrew is "Daddy come fight me!"

Day 61

3.2.09 - This afternoon I had a mini photo session with our neighbors little 8 month old boy, Alex. He is so adorable! I had some issues with my camera but I still got a few good shots of him. Andrew was jumping up and down and making him crack up. Of course he kept getting in the shot but at least it kept Alex in a good mood. Although I don't think I've really ever seen him upset. Such a happy baby!

Day 60

3.1.09 - It's the first day of March and it feels like Spring. We spent some time going to Andrew's favorite place. The park! He loves riding his bike up to the school park near our house. It's hard to believe in another year he'll be going to that school.
